These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website, as well as all quotations, products and services provided through this website.
By accessing this website, requesting quotations, placing orders or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this website.

This website is owned and operated by Soapbox Promo & Gifts (Pty) Ltd.
WallDecorating.co.za is not a separate legal entity or independent company.
It is a dedicated website and marketing platform used by Soapbox Promo & Gifts (Pty) Ltd for the marketing and delivery of wall-printing and wall-decoration services.
All customer contracts, quotations, invoices, payments and services are handled by Soapbox Promo & Gifts (Pty) Ltd.

Services offered may include, but are not limited to:

• Retail wall graphics
• Hospitality wall décor

Soapbox reserves the right to modify, expand or discontinue services without prior notice.
- QUOTATIONS
All quotations are valid only for the period stated on the quotation unless otherwise indicated.
Quotations are based on information supplied by the customer, including but not limited to:
- Wall dimensions
• Surface condition
• Site accessibility
• Artwork requirements
• Installation timing
If information supplied by the customer is inaccurate or incomplete, Soapbox reserves the right to revise the quotation.
Quotations do not constitute a binding agreement until accepted and confirmed in writing.
- SITE ASSESSMENTS AND WALL SUITABILITY
Final print quality depends heavily on wall condition and surface suitability.
Suitable surfaces typically include properly prepared walls that are:
- Clean
• Dry
• Stable
• Smooth or suitably textured
• Structurally sound
Soapbox reserves the right to refuse installation where wall conditions may negatively affect print quality or installation success.
Examples of unsuitable surfaces may include:
- Excessively rough surfaces
• Flaking paint
• Damp walls
• Cracked plaster
• Dirty surfaces
• Loose coatings
• Structural defects
Where site preparation is required, this remains the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The customer agrees to provide accurate information and ensure site readiness.
Customer responsibilities include:
- Supplying correct wall measurements
• Providing safe access to the site
• Ensuring adequate working space
• Ensuring power availability
• Removing obstacles where necessary
• Ensuring the wall is ready for printing
• Obtaining landlord/body corporate approvals where required
Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays, rescheduling fees or cancellation.
- ARTWORK AND DESIGN APPROVAL
Customers may provide artwork, images, branding files or design instructions.
By supplying artwork, the customer confirms that they possess all required intellectual property rights, permissions and licences.
Before production or installation, customers may be required to approve:
- Final artwork
• Layout
• Dimensions
• Scaling
• Positioning
• Colour representation
Once artwork approval has been given, the customer accepts responsibility for:
- Spelling
• Grammar
• Design accuracy
• Content correctness
• Positioning
• Layout decisions
Soapbox is not liable for errors present in approved artwork.
Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs.
- PRICING
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may include or exclude:
- Design work
• Site visits
• Printing
• Installation
• Travel
• Accommodation
• Surface preparation
This will be specified in the quotation.
Soapbox reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
- DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Soapbox may require a deposit before work commences.
Deposits may be required for:
- Custom design work
• Artwork preparation
• Material procurement
• Booking installation dates
• Production scheduling
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production or installation will only commence once required deposits or payments have been received.
Late payments may delay project completion.
Final payment terms will be specified on the quotation or invoice.
- INSTALLATION SCHEDULING
Installation dates are scheduled subject to:
- Deposit payment
• Artwork approval
• Site readiness
• Equipment availability
• Team availability
Scheduled dates are estimates and may change.
Soapbox will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but does not guarantee installation on a specific date unless confirmed in writing.
- DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE
Soapbox shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Power failures or load shedding
• Internet outages
• Weather conditions
• Supplier delays
• Equipment failure
• Transport disruptions
• Civil unrest
• Government restrictions
• Acts of God
Where delays occur, installation may be rescheduled.
- COLOUR AND PRINT VARIANCE
Printed colours may differ from colours viewed on:
- Computer screens
• Mobile devices
• Printed proofs
• Digital mockups
Minor colour variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
Final appearance may also be affected by:
- Wall texture
• Wall colour
• Surface absorbency
• Lighting conditions
Customers acknowledge and accept these technical limitations.
- CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because wall-printing services are highly customised, cancellations may be subject to charges.
Charges may apply where:
- Design work has commenced
• Site visits were conducted
• Materials were procured
• Installation dates were reserved
• Production has started
Deposits paid may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on work already completed.
Custom printed or installed work is generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective due to proven fault by Soapbox.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under applicable South African consumer law.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, designs, graphics, layouts and materials remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers retain ownership of customer-supplied artwork.
Soapbox retains ownership of internal designs, layouts, mockups and proprietary production methods unless rights are expressly transferred in writing.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soapbox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from:
- Website use
• Delays
• Colour variance
• Customer-supplied errors
• Site suitability issues
• Force majeure events
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
- PRIVACY
Personal information is processed in accordance with:
- The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
• Applicable South African law
• The website Privacy Policy

- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts or applicable dispute resolution bodies.
